在废弃老城区与破夜城之间有一片广阔的“无人区”。它是卫城，也是牢笼。无数的“失控试验品”和变异生物和将内外的一切联系切断，但是为了利益双方仍然通过地下黑色，暗中交易，杀戮，背叛，死亡每天在这里无尽上演，只为最原始的本能，活着。
